The Halifax Gazette, March 23, 1752
Today is a significant date in the history of printing in Nova Scotia and Canada! This year it's the 272nd anniversary of the first newspaper printed in Nova Scotia, which also happens to be the first newspaper printed in what would later become the country of Canada.
